News at medievalheritege.eu – July 2020

   In July, 24 new monuments from Scotland and the castle in Wyszogród in Mazovia appeared at medievalheritage.eu. In addition, I expanded and corrected the descriptions in: Poznań cathedral (pre-Romanesque and Romanesque period), Wawel Castle (fragment of pre-Romanesque and Romanesque buildings), Carmarthen Castle, Orneta Castle, cathedral in Frombork, Dominican monastery in Tczew, Balvenie Castle, parish church in Byczyna, parish church in Ząbkowice, parish church in Międzyrzecz, church in Uzice, Talmberk Castle, Lacembok Castle, Vartnov, Bruntal (added fragment about the castle), Jensky Vrch, Kaltenstejn, the Dundrennan monastery, castles Freudenstein, Koberstejn, Leuchtenstejn, Landek, Rychleby, Rychleby Drakov, Vikstejn, Edelstejn, Frydberk, Frydek, Fulstejn, the Franciscan monastery in Kraków, the chapel in Braniewo, churches from the Greater Poland region (Duszniki, Kamionna, Kazimierz Biskupi, Łekno, Konin, St. Martin in Poznań, Koło, collegiate church in Poznań, Dębno nad Wartą, Kleczew, Corpus Christi church in Poznań, Słupca). I also added a lot of new photos and drawings of Czech castles (Bezdez, Helfenburk u Ustek, Hridelik, Jestrebi, Litice nad Orlici, Oltarik, Ronov, Rostejn, Telc, Janstejn, Hostejn, Lichnice, Frydlant, Frystat, Grabstejn, Loket, Ohrad, Vyb Rozmberk on the Vltava, Cesky Sternberk). I also edited all the castles in Latvia and Estonia.
