News on medievalheritege.eu – October and November 2024

   In October 2024, I posted on ​​medievalheritage.eu another 12 monuments from Ireland, 2 additional monuments from the Czech Republic (stronghold in Hradec u Němětic and the medieval village of Pfaffenschlag), as well as 3 monuments from Poland: Kosieczyn, Posada Rybotycka, Staniątki. I thoroughly edited and expanded: Niepołomice (castle), Nagylózs, Wieluń (town walls plus an added description of the castle), Dolní Bělá, Gostynin, Brníčko. I have also significantly expanded the descriptions of monuments in: Szydłów (castle), Muszyna, Zborov, Čičava, Moryń (church), Talmberk, Střela, Divín, Kutná Hora (Hrádek), Český Krumlov (St. Vitus church), Baranów, Tudorów, Chełmno (Dominican friary), Szydłowiec (castle), Rytwiany, Drzewica (castle), Koprzywnica, Brandýs nad Orlicí.
   In November 2024, 15 monuments from Ireland were added to the portal, 8 additional monuments from Poland (Legnica – church of St. Peter and Paul, Żelisławiec, Wapnica, Nowielin, Mierzyn, Kołbaskowo, Chełm Dolny, Kowalów Lubuski). In addition, the descriptions of monuments in: Čeladná, Frýdštejn, Hluboký, Tallinn (cathedral), Kumburk, Pernštejn, Sirotčí Hrádek underwent thorough changes. A slightly smaller but significant expansion of descriptions and graphics in: Elbląg (Dominican friary), Jenštejn, Tallinn (town hall), Kraków (burghers’ tenement houses), Pyšolec, Slezská Ostrava, Štandl, Herencsény (Haraszti church), Starý Jičín, Šternberk, Úsov, Vajsenstejn, Rabenstejn.
